Establishing good money habits is easier said than done. It requires discipline and like everyday life, being “disciplined” comes with its challenges. You have to work at it and be consistent but your hard work and determination will pay off. You just have to stick with it.
This is the first in a little series where I will be talking about money mindset 🧠 ⚡️ I’ll be sharing some practical tips and easy strategies for improving your money mindset and overall relationship with finance. I’m passionate about helping women succeed in business and I’m here for YOU! ❤️
To get started, I want to touch on your current relationship with money. How does it make you feel?
Here are some signs that you have a “healthy” relationship with money.
✨ I don’t compare myself to others.
✨ I am truly grateful for what I have in life.
✨ I know a clear path to reaching my financial goals.
✨ I feel the freedom to spend without feelings of guilt but I can also tell myself no.
✨ I get pleasure from helping others by giving generously.
How many ( if any) do you resonate with? Tell me below ⬇️ If it’s none, don’t be ashamed. We all have to start somewhere!
Your homework for today: set aside a few mins, grab a notebook and pen and jot down your current feelings about your relationship with money and how it makes you feel. We’ll come back to it at a later point. Until then stay safe and have a wonderful rest of your day.
Love Jo ❤️ xx
